add floating bar menu ( Tab bar)

    I search for an option to add a Tab bar on top of my Genesis child theme. Is this possible with yoor great plugin? If not, any hint>
    Background: for thumbs the hamburger menu is to far out of reach with todays big mobile screens. A bottom bar or Tab bar like facebook hase, this problem can be solved.
