Add flag and change font

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am so happy to have found your plugin. It’s straightforward and easy to use.
However, I think some help. I am not a prgrammer.
I am using the shortcodes now to display the currency option on my menu header.
But I do not know how to add the flag images and also change the font of the
text.

Any guide or example in this?
Do you provide service in customization?

I really hope you can help me out.
