I worked it out – it was a shortcode [resumes]

not so fast !! — the search filters are not working
Ive added [resumes show_filters show_categories location]
but it has no effect

The shortcode arguments also require parameters, for your example it would need to be:

[resumes show_filters=”true” show_categories=”true” location=”specific location”]

The Resumes shortcode will work similarly to the Jobs shortcode.

Thank you – I have tried that code and it still does not work

I get the panel with the 3 filters as usual –

-but no pull downs (I kind of expected the search options to be limited to what was available)

– typing a location or skill or anything just loads all the resumes
ie its not filtering

I only have 2 resumes – could that be the issue?

For the Categories, you would need to go to the Resume settings and enable Categories, then a resume would need to be submitted that has categories for that drop down to show up. The Skills filter is a fill in box, it doesn’t have a drop down option by default.
