Add filter for who is considered “logged in”

    Hi!

    Thanks for continually maintaining the Maintenance plugin and adding new features.

    A year ago, I added a request to add filtering for who the Maintenance page is displayed to. You had kindly replied that it would be added to the next release. Since a year is about to pass, I wanted to check if you had an ETA as to when this could be implemented as it’s a simple fix that would help a lot.
