• Our users need a better way to filter and view their work. They are set at the Supervisor role because they need to have the functionalities assigned to that role. And as the manager I need them to be able to see all the tickets. The feedback I received is they find the full list overwhelming and would like a filter to switch to viewing only the tickets assigned to them.

    The “assigned to” filter is not on frontend but it is possible on backend. As users have supervisor role,they can filer the tickets assigned to them in backend.
