Add fields to order page

Hello,
I would like to change and add dates of invoices in order page. I would like to be able to change more than a date of invoice creation. Would need to add date delivery and tax date. Would need to be able to add and change these dates in order options, then of course show it in the invoice. Is it possible somehow?Thank you for your time. Hope you will help me
