Add fields to collect more data?

I want to start by saying this is a great plugin! That is very simple to use and works beautifully!
One question, I want to collect more fields of information from my visitors. Some of these fields will be public once moderated and approved, and others will be behind the scenes. Is there a way to add custom fields to my link library? If yes, what am i missing?
