Add Field Below Author Metabox In Gutenberg Editor

I’m looking for help on how to add a multi-select below the author dropdown in the Gutenberg editor. I’ve created a plugin and trying to add the multi-select below the author dropdown and then save the data to a custom meta field.

This is the location that the client wants the multi-select to show up on.
