    Good evening,
I’m starting to use woocommerce . I downloaded the plugin WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping since I need price ranges for shipments , I can not use a single tariff . I’d like to know: is possible have, in a shopping area, a text like:”if the shipment is to the islands or Calabria (italian region), the cost will be slightly greater?”
And once the customer logs in with postcode of those areas , add a surcharge of automatic price (or do something like that anyway … ) ?
Many thanks for the help !

If you configure your shipping methods that way, you could add the note by adding content above the cart page. Edit the page in Admin > Pages section.

Thanks Mike, but in this way the cost will be not added to total cost?

If the cost is added through the shipping method, then it should work. In this instance the charges are adjusted by the shipping method plugin and not WooCommerce itself. You could always ask the developer of the plugin you’re using if it’s possible to add the additional cost per post code/region.

What Mike suggested would just add the note you were talking about.
