Add fee based on Open Pricing

  • Hello,

    I have an question before installing this plugin. We currently have fixed gift cards denominations which have added fees, please view below:
    € 15 – € 50 (€ 3,99)
    € 55 – € 100 (€ 4,99)
    € 105 – € 150 (€ 5,99)

    We would like to know if it is possible to add a fee based on open pricing similar to the tiers above?
