Add feature to be able to add an "Attachment" in the "Send a Notice to Everyone?

    At this rate we’d be lucky to have this plugin working, let alone have new features. It’s not worked for me for months now. I’d really appreciate it simply being compatible with WP 4.0 now.

    If you have problems with the plugin, perhaps you could post some details about those problems in a separate thread instead of posting a vague complaint in an unrelated topic. I’d be happy to take a look at whatever is causing the problem, particularly if it’s something that only stopped working with an upgrade to BP or WP.
