Add feature pass reset?

  • Hey, Thanks for the request. I presume by this you mean the URL that the normal Welcome email would send you to. I’m adding a hook at the moment but it would be useful if you could be more specific.. do you mean the action=rp&key=…. as in the one they click to hit the password selection page within WP on the wp-login.php template?

    Yes, I think that’s what I mean ??

    Since WordPress 4.3, when adding a user back-end, WordPress generates a random password and sends the user a link to set a new password, instead of the actual password in plain text. That link would be wonderful to have a hook for, thus rendering a plain text password obsolete.
