Add extra info to directory list

Just wondering…is there a way to add extra info beside the username/display name in the directory list?

I have a custom field that’s filled out by users upon registration called ‘company’ (meta_key name from wp_usermeta database), I would like to display the meta_value for each user beside their name ie. their name and company they work for. Any ideas?
