Add external results into search results

Hello,

I want to add external searching results from my other websites and display after the search results wordpress. If search in wordpress has no result but the external one, it still returns. If search in wordpress has got some results, the external result will be display after these results.

I can integrate this from Template, but I have a lot of templates, so I want to do it in Plugin.
