Add external and manual grading – REST API

I would like to know if it is possible to add a grade for an assessment that is taken in person (outside the TutorLMS platform) to the students of a course (preferably using the REST API). For example, a personal trainer course where I must add a grade score based on whether they completed the exercises to be done in a face-to-face gym.
