Is there anyway to add pre-existing posts (created before installing your plugin) to My Ports ?

    Hello @lesarnott

Thank you for writing to us and we are really sorry for the super late reply due to changes in the support forum rules for replying the support ticket.

Can you please explain a bit more regarding your query? And can you please let us know if this support is for our Free version or PRO version? If it is for PRO version then we have a dedicated support channel for PRO available in this link.

    Thanks.

No problem. I have the free version and I will try to be clearer. When I installed your (very useful) plugin I created a new post and checked that it was listed in your Front End Management Dashboard. All good, but then I realized I didn’t see my previously created posts. Is there any way to include, in your posts list, the posts that were created before your plugin was installed?

    Hello @lesarnott

Thank you for your clarification. But the frontend dashboard functionality is only available in our PRO version, so we are a bit confused now since you have mentioned that you are using the Free version.

Can you please share us the screenshot of our plugin’s form listing dashboard in the backend like below screenshot?

    Hello @lesarnott

Thank you for your reply. This is the free version support channel and not to confuse our free user and for our premium support we have a separate and dedicated support channel. Please paste the URL of the support forum link and we will reply without any delay once we receive the email.
