• I think this plugin needs to add exemption to the Products that are still in Draft, the server keeps calling the API for the products that are still not sync, even the products that are not yet publish, this behavior keeps the site going down when viewing the product module

  • Hi @merckdelmoro! Thanks so much for your feedback here. ??

Our team at SkyVerge has just recently taken over development and support of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. I’ll certainly be bringing this back to my team.

Can you provide any errors that you’re seeing when this happens? Maybe from a fatal_error log in WooCommerce > Status > Logs? Any other information here would be really useful.

    Thanks so much!

I can confirm this issue is still present as of today.
“Draft” products get sent to the Facebook Catalog.

    Hi @attrexx,

As we had to revert some of the functions we added previously in the latest release due to a security fix, all products are now synced to Facebook at this time.

As soon as we have the new Facebook API made available to us, we can implement it into a new version of the plugin, and bring back these additional features! This should hopefully avoid syncing drafts, or at least, make them hidden from the shop page as product updates are made.

Thanks for keeping on top of this for us, and I hope you give this another try with the next major release!

    Cheers,

    Simon.
