Add event form displaying wrong

Hello,

can anyone assist with the issue that I have at hand? The form its self is displaying a little weird, just like to make it bit smaller and all inline if that makes sense. I’ve tried adjusting the page with/ without a sidebar and no effect.

if you view the image as only using the free version and you will not be able to see the form otherwise
