Add entire form as a single note?

Plugin works great for adding contacts, phone, email and individual fields.

I would like to add the entire form as a single note. In notification emails this is possible using the tag {all_fields} but this doesn’t work when added to your plugin’s notes field.

Any ideas how to get the entire form into Highrise?
