Add Editor Menu Access

    Want to give Editor ability to access Menus (some page need to be swwapped out quarterly)but not to other options under Appearance Menu. I understand the “edit theme options” would give access to all under Appearance. I am on latest version.

    As you noted, WordPress generally requires the edit_theme_options capability for menu editing. Since regulating menu permissions separately without that capability requires some additional code specific to that task, we decided to implement it in Press Permit Pro instead. That package also introduces the ability to grant or restrict Nav Menu editing per-menu.
