Add/Edit Description in Media

Hello.
I have several roles in my website. For admin, everything is OK, but another Role is unable to edit/add a description to an uploaded media file. I mean, when the user is into “attchment details”, on the right side, the “description” field is ReadOnly.
What is the capacity I need to active for this role to edit this field?
