    Hi there,
    just like another customer mentioning in a thread before I cannot add any e-mails / IPs in bulk. Comma separation is simply not working, I have tried with comma and with or without space in between, semicolon, a different browser… not working (just shows up: “no results match….”. You can only add emails one by one. Whats the correct format so this works?

    Furthermore, how can I add e-mail domains like e.g. @teleworm.us
    It is not taking that either but I need to add spam domains so they are rejected at the checkout. Let me know.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    In our light version you need to add each email and IP manually one by one separated by comma.

    For how to add email domain please check below link screenshot.

    Click here to review the configuration setting screen.

    Can you just fix the coma add instead? It doesn’t work. The addon is held together with Band-Aids and things just don’t work.

    Can you please share the screenshot or small video how you try to adding it?

    In our side its working fine. It might be possible that there are some confliction with other plugin.

    If you found any error or log please mention so we can review it in detail.

    Also can you please share detailed information about the Band-Aids? Are you using any another plugin or addon?

    I have been putting in tickets for months. About slow plugin load times after adding emails etc. You guys just stopped responding even after I bought the pro version.

    The plugin has issues and you don’t want to fix them. We have played this game over and over.
