Add drop down to theme template file

  • Hi,

    How do I add a dropdown to my theme template php page.
    Please see example that is not working, at the bottom of the page “Products” box…

    When a product is selected and the “Go” button is pressed, a new window should open with link URL.

    Is this possible ?
