Add download form depending on selection

Hello all,

I am currently using CF7 as a way for customers to start the return process on goods. We represent many different lines and depending on what line they choose in the drop down menu the pipes will send the email to a different person. Certain manufacturers of ours require an additional form to be filled out. Is there a way using the drop down menu, if they select a manufacturer that has their own form to fill out that a box or new field pops up with that form for them to download and submit as well? I hope this makes sense.
