Add Docs tabs to view a personal page

HI.
I have a personal upload script i want to use in bp docs.
For the moment i use it in edit page. But i would like to use it in distinct page (tab).
I need to
create a tab (it’s ok in docs-header.php).
make a link mydoc/mypage/, with a rewrite. How?
create a file with my script? where?Thank you for your help.
