Add div wrapper around fb connect button?

Hey Justin,

love the plugin! I’m installing it on a couple sites, and find myself wrapping the jfb_output_facebook_btn() with a ‘<div>’ element to add some margins to it. This might be a good idea to include a div wrapper around it.
