Add different social media icons to posts

  • I cant seem to find any tutorial or plugin on my requirements, but this is what im trying to do.

    I have a page with all the people in my network, now every people in my network is created by a post. Now I would be able to add social media icons that are linked to the peoples profiles.

    That means that every post would have different links, and some people maybe don’t have twitter or facebook etc.

    How can i manage this ? I have all the icons showing on the post, but the links are hard coded in the html file… Now I was thinking of connecting the icons to the custom fields, but i cant then seem to figure out how to remove an icon if the field is empty…

    Any suggestions on how to do this ?
