add defaut userfields in checkout

Thanks for your help. Based on what I read, I was able to create the following code to insert the “Description” field in the form I needed.

I just could not solve the following:
– How can I transform the code to type “Select” where the default value is what is already written in SQL?

The code is:

???????? ‘label’ => __ (‘description’, ‘woocommerce’),
???????? ‘required’ => false,
???????? ‘clear’ => false,
???????? ‘type’ => ‘text’,
???????? ‘class’ => array (‘my-css’)
???? );

???? return $ fields;
}

This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.
