    That would be the case if you registered your CPT with any other plugin as well; we support all the rewrite with front, etc. options that are available with the regular register_post_type and register_taxonomy. When you start getting into the strange custom permalinks and rewrites, yes, we’d suggest you use Custom Post Type Permalinks or resort to custom code, .htaccess.
