Add data from advanced custom fields to email

I have some class registrations that are paid online. I had to use advanced custom fields to add some extra fields to my products like start date & instructor.

Now I need that info from 2 or 3 of the custom fields to be included on the email sent to the customer & admin.

Any tips VERY much appreciated ??
