The plugin works fine, however it adds my users as unconfirmed to the subscriber list. I do not use double opt-in, so I’d like it to add users as subscribed right away. Otherwise I will need to manually change the status of everyone on the backend..

Unfortunately there isn’t much of a solution there, as double-optin is the industry standard.
