    Hi all
    after having upgraded to ver3.x I cannot see anymore the email address of the customer into the discussion. Nor in new ticket nor in old ones. I can only see it by click on “info”.
    Is there a way to have it directly under the customer name as was in previous ver?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to show the customer’s email address directly in the discussion. We have introduced this feature to respect the privacy of users.
