I would like to add the customer’s email to both the packing slip and the invoice.

How would I do this? Our shipping department gets the packing slip and they need the customer email to send them the tracking number.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi! To do this, you need the professional extension, which lets you either add the packing slip to an existing woocommerce email (together with the invoice), or send a separate email.

    Hope that helps!

I think I did not explain this well.

I want to have the customer’s actual email address to appear beneath the words “Shipping Method” on the packing slip.

    i.e. example
    Order Date: 123405
    Order Number: xxx000
    Shipping Method: UPS
    Customer Email: [email protected]

My apologies! I completely misunderstood the question indeed.
This is an option in the settings, Template tab “Display email address”. Both the Invoice and Packing Slip have this option.

    Hope that helps!

oh darn it. mine does not have that option. it is probably because i am not using the paid version ??

No that should be in the free version! WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Template tab – scroll down to “Invoice” where it has an option “Display email address”
.. unless you’re using another plugin, this is certainly part of the free version.
