Add custom text to Breadcrumbs

    Hi there,
    first of all, thank you for this amazing plugin.
    I just wanted to ask if there’s a way to add some custom text to the Breadcrumbs, like this:

    Current: Home > My page
    Desired: Home > Custom text > My page

    It’s plain pages, not CPTs, and the custom text is not a link.
