Add custom tab to checkbox

    Is possible to add own code like

    name=ckb value=1 onclick='chkcontrol(0)';

    or
    name=ckb value=1 onclick='chkcontrol(1)';

    to different checkbox in one form?

    I want results like

    [checkbox d1-panel3 "PANEL" name=ckb value=1 onclick='chkcontrol(0)'; ]
