Add custom sitemap in sitemap-index

    Hi,

    Is it possible to add a custom sitemap in sitemap index?
    or, Is it possibile to modify ALL permalinks in one of my “Custom Taxonomy Sitemap”?

    I need to do this because I create a custom taxonomy with the permalink is not possible to crete a rule, but I need to get all my Post and than create a sitemap.

    If you have manually created an external sitemap, you can add it to the Yoast SEO sitemap index by using the wpseo_sitemap_index filter. A user provided an example of how to use the filter here.
