Add custom setting to block theme

Hi,

I need to add a custom setting to my block theme which give the user to enter some values
For example I use a phone number in different parts of my theme (different headers and sections)
So I need to add a phone number settings to my theme which user can edit that and the phone number will be update on whole theme
How can I add such a settings to my block theme?
