Add custom post type?

Hello there
It is possible to place a custom post type below the contact form?
My idea is to integrate the videomail client (https://www.npmjs.com/package/videomail-client) so that users can eventually record spoken videos in a contact form.
This would be an awesome addition I d like to add. Either as a new plugin or with this one combined.
Let me know what you think of this.
