Add Custom Form to every job

    Hi there…

    I have a client who wants to use a form from there CRM to collect applications via each job advertised. One other reason for this is GDPR opt in tick box.

    I have used WP Job Applications on some other sites and also Captain form for integration, but this won’t work in this scenario.

    QUESTION
    Is it possible to embed a form script on the job template, so that each time the client lists a job it embeds the form after the description automatically?

    This might *technically* be possible, but not without a lot of custom code and modifications to how our plugins work. There’s no easy way to just click a button and hook up something like this.

    I’m still racking my brains!! ??

    I can place CF7 on there and try a webhook, but then i still have the issue of it probably not working lol.

    The joys of too many CRM’s!!! haha.

    You can do this for Ninja, Gravity & CF7 using WP Job Manager Contact Listing add-on from here. See the instructions here.

    I’ve just got it working, but having some issues with ‘save and continue’ functionality and any submission errors being displayed to the user as the form disappears when ou hit submit and any form submission feedback (error, confirmation message, save & continue link) is being hidden from display.

    Going to try CF7 with Submit/Post URL to there CRM and API connection for each field… Wish me luck lol ??
