Add custom fields to order-pay page in woocommerce?

    I have a webshop in woocommerce that sells subscriptions. I send payment reminders every month to my customers so that they can pay again for their subscription. All those payment reminders send the customer to the order-pay page within woocommerce.

    I was wondering how I’m able to add a custom field to the order-pay page. I’ve added custom form fields to my checkout page via this tutorial:
