Add custom field sort

Hi there, I’m looking for some help adding divisions (catering, culinary, production, warehouse, corporate) to this page. I’ve setup custom fields with the divisions but I’m not exactly sure how I would go about adding the right php code to call the division values, keep them sorted by date posted and add the h2 division names. Is this something someone could help me with or get me started?
