Add custom event and user history

I want to add and shown users purchase informations and events like registration etc on visitor popup. I have tried instruction given here https://www.afsanalytics.com/info/117/getting-and-setting-tracker-data.html but didn’t get success. So please let me know how can I shown our custom information on visitors profile.
