Is it possible to add data attributes to buttons generated by your shortcodes, perhaps via a filter or something?

    Hi @toby1kenobi,

We currently do not have any such filters. Could you please be more specific as to what your exact requirement is so that we can check and see if this is something that needs to be improved in the plugin itself?

Sure, we need to add a data attribute to this button on a site where Google tag Manager will be looking for it (the data attribute). Presumably somewhat similar to the data-cli_action attribute you’re using.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi @toby1kenobi,

Since there are no filters available for adding attributes to the button, we may be able to provide a Javascript-based solution. Kindly confirm if that is ok for you.

Ok thanks for the offer, don’t worry though (that’s something I can do, I just wondered if there was anything I could hook into in the plugin).
