add custom content in resul page

    hi
    how can I add custom content in result page. different than what is shown in the initial post detail page.
    is there any hook I can use in function.php
    is there any way to add call to action links and contents in result page ?

    ok I know the functionality and I use it. but I don’t want to put some button group in each of 5 results.
    I want a formatted text to be shown, independent of results content.
    this way you offer, I should alter all 5 results accordingly, which is not good.
