Add Cover type, Publication Year and number of pages

    Hi,
    This is a great plugin and seems to do what I want!

    But, I’d like to add some more information to the same location as Author, Series, Price etc.
    ie: –

    1. Cover/Binding
    2. Publication Year
    3. Number of Pages
    4. Size

    At the moment, I’m adding this information to the Book Overview section, but I don’t think it sits well there.
