Add Cookie to Fire Pop Up Conditionally

Hey guys,

So, I have a client who wants this to fire a signup form but, once a user fills out the form and submits, they don’t want the pop-up to show up for that user anymore.

So, I would like to set a cookie to make the pop-up not show after that. Would anyone have any idea how to do that?
