Add content to new tabs

    Dear Sir/Madams,
    First of all thanks for this plugin.
    I installed plugin and now want to display a form on a tab. I added this code:
    [ultimatemember form_id=”10″]
    in Tabs>All Tabs>My Tab>Short Code
    but it shows a white page without any error.
