Add Contact Form (Basic Church Theme)

  • We have recently bought the Basic Church Theme and the Churchpack Pro Plugin. I am trying to set up our new church site and I cannot add a contact form. I click on Add Contact Form, I customize it and when I try to click on Add this Contact Form to my post, it does not do anything (then I am obliged to cancel adding the form). Any idea?

    I was able to add the contact form not from the built-in button, but through copy-pasting the code (I found it somewhere on the internet). Nevertheles, I think that the built-in Jetpack Contact Form should be able to work with this theme.
