Add comments to TOC

    Hey there,
    I was wondering if there is a way to add the #comments as a last option in the TOC. Would be great to have the ability to jump to comments as a last point in the toc list?

    OR just any kind of (manually defined) # ID that is not necessarily automatically pulled from headlines?
