Add comments section to entire page

Hello.

I am not sure if this can be done or not – but would appreciate any help. I would like to be able to have users leave comments on an entire page. So that page would have a list of posts, but on the bottom of the page under the posts I want to have user comments. So I want to have the comments form and the list of comments posted at the bottom of the page file.

I am using a custom page file for this particular part of the site (page-about.php) and have assigned it as the template file for that page already. Just need to find out how to add the comments to the entire page.
